The agency and it's principal John Murray is backed up by many years experience of successful (profitable) marketing activivty for the select group of Corporations and individuals they choose to work with.
This experience and avtivity include many acquisitions and refurbishments of buildings, being appointed Director of Sales for King & Co, holding a still unbroken record of market control for the West End area of Brisbane being the driving force behind the establishment of Team Property Consultants Pty Ltd and it's entities, achieving record sales rates/m2 for property sales (Commercial, Industrial and Residential) as well as consulting to improve tenancy mixes and profitability of various complexes to achieve the highest and best use on behalf of property owners.
John has the initiative and drive to see beyond the conflict and confusion of short term issues and agendas that often constrain property projects and the ability to focus on the essential components of a deal to take it to it's optimum end result.
